About Amy Gramlich

Growing up, I tagged along hosting open houses and showing homes with my mother, who owned her own real estate company, and definitely caught the real estate bug! I was honored to win "Rookie of the Year" my first year in the business and knew I had found my fit. Responsive, trustworthy and knowledgeable, I work hard to make an often daunting and confusing process fun and easy. I am a trusted real estate advisor to buyers, sellers, and investors in Charlotte, NC and the North Carolina Mountains (High Country MLS). I value education and have sought out additional training as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Listing Specialist, Pricing Specialist, and Resort and Second-Home Specialist. The University of Mississippi (B.S) and James Madison University (M.S.) are my alma maters. I have won multiple awards with Southern Homes of the Carolinas including "#1 Listing Agent" (2018), "#4 Individual Agent" & "#4 Listing Agent" (2020), as well as, the Keller Williams Bronze Award (2015) & Gold Award in (2016) & "Rookie of the Year" (2015). I am the proud mother of 5 children, was a Cardiac Rehab exercise physiologist, and directed a crisis newborn foster home in Arsi Negele, Ethiopia. When I'm not helping clients buy or sell the home of their dreams, you can find me remodeling houses, practicing yoga, or relaxing in the NC mountains.
